This is the reason why I have created this course by incorporating the 8 principles from my 40 years of martial arts and healing practices, that I also have taught them to my students and those individuals looking to develop and improve their lives.

Purification cleansing rituals have been used and developed by mystics and sages throughout time to access higher levels of understanding and awareness, as well as mind-body-spirit renewal, through what the Japanese Shinto calls Misogi (water purification) by washing away impurities or obscure energies in a river, waterfall, or sea, and Misogi-no-kokyu-ho (purification through breath).

THE 8 PRINCIPLES FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT

PRINCIPLE #1: BREATH
THE FOUNDATION OF ENERGY ACCESS
Breath power, also called "Kokyu" in Japanese, is a self-purification ritual of declogging the system and awakening the body's energy centers while promoting the cultivation and circulation of KI (vital energy) through the entire system.
PRINCIPLE #2: ALIGNMENT
REFINING YOUR GEOMETRY
Seeking self-alignment with our body is the practice of self-geometry. The way we function and perform depends upon the perfection of this geometry. Becoming aware of our present structure and refining it by consistent training, will allow the machine to function without any friction within itself.
PRINCIPLE #3: CENTERING
CGROUNDING WILL REVEAL THE DIRECTION TO FOLLOW
You must be aware of this center in order to move effectively in the world. The practice of deep breathing and self alignment makes us relax and drop all tension, anxiety, and anything that is not real, revealing our center.
PRINCIPLE #4: COORDINATION
OPERATE YOUR MACHINE AS ONE UNIT
In order to maximize your power, you have to understand how and when to move all of your body parts simultaneously and in perfect synchronicity. This will allow you to operate your machine as one unit, achieving maximum results with the minimum amount of effort.
PRINCIPLE #5: FLUIDITY
DO NOT PUSH THE RIVER - IT FLOWS BY ITSELF
Once we experience energy flowing without attachments or interruptions, in time and naturally, this state of being can be transferred to everything else we do, and then everything in life becomes a meditation.
PRINCIPLE #6: ADAPTABILITY
THE ONLY CONSTANT IN LIFE IS CHANGE
Adaptability is the capacity to change and learn something new, think on our feet, and move through different structures. Adaptability is freedom. The ability to adapt is not only for survival but for evolution and self-development.
PRINCIPLE #7: BALANCE
BALANCE IS A MOVING TARGET
Balance is not static. Balance is the capability to be connected with the here and now and make all kinds of measurements and assessments, making decisions and actions on how to keep rearranging yourself with all of the things coming your way - the obstacles and challenges you are facing each moment.
PRINCIPLE #8: AWARENESS
MUSHIN: BEYOND MIND
Zazen is considered the heart of meditation practice. The aim of zazen is just sitting, "opening the hand of thought," that is, suspending all judgmental thinking and letting words, ideas, images, and thoughts pass by without getting involved in them, becoming aware of conditioned patterns of thought and behavior, so that such patterns can be modified, eliminated or more efficiently put to use.

KINO-NAGARE
This course centers around the cleansing and unclogging of your system in order to unlock your highest potential, which comes from the ability to tap into a continuous energy flow known in Aikido as KINO-NAGARE, like a river or waterfall always moving without interruptions or hesitation.
MANIFESTING YOUR HIGHEST POTENTIAL
When we reach high energetic levels, all of the sudden we are exposed to new ideas, or new dimensions if you want to look at it in that way. Our environment starts to change, and the reason is because we are the ones who are transforming ourselves into a capability that has greater reach.
