Martial Fusion is a high energy fitness program created by Sensei Guillermo Gomez that combines martial arts, kickboxing, dance aerobics and yoga stretch for one seriously effective fat burning workout, while developing an integration of the body, mind and spirit connection through an inspiring and uplifting experience to total health.
Martial Fusion™ is a training system appropriate for men and women of all ages and levels. Each class is an opportunity to develop and integrate your body, mind and spirit connection.
Each class begins with a warm-up designed to prepare your joints and muscles for the kickboxing and martial arts movements to come, as well as to review your basic moves in preparation for the workout. Then the cardio combo section of the class, you'll piece together some of the martial arts, dance and kickboxing moves, building each segment together as a group and gradually building intensity and energy. Next, the class shifts into toning mode, as your instructor leads you through some drills and skills designed to build muscular endurance, coordination, balance and agility while toning and tightening your body. Finally, the session ends with a stretch and brief moment of relaxation, designed to balance the intensity of the workout and bring your body and mind back into a state of peace and harmony.
